3. What If I did not Have an Paypal to Pay? 

 

  • We recommend paypal, it's more safer and convenient for payment. Paypal supports credit card or debit card even if you do not have an paypal account.

4. What's Your Warranty Time?

 

Normally we support 1 year warranty time for most of our products. Some of them will only be 6 month. We will note it in specific products page.  Any problems happened to the products within the warranty time, you can contact us to confirm the issue, we will guarantee you to get a full refund. 

 

 

5. Are Your Products TGA Approved?

 

We must be honest that our products do not have TGA. We only have CE certification which is an official certification that indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA). So there is no worries about the quality of our products. 

 

 

6. Do You Have An Store in Australia? 

 

We are sorry that we only have some products stock in our Australia warehouse, but it is only for delivery service. We do not have an local store to sell products in Australia. 

 

 

7. Do You Offer Install Service or Maintainence Service for the Products? 

 

Sorry, No. We only offer online guidance to install the products. In most cases, it will be done greatly. And if there is any quality issues, we absolutely would like to deal with it for you. Please no hesitation to contact our customer service.
